Victoria Latham

Victoria graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Double Major in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Criminal Justice in 2013. Since graduation she has worked in a variety of professional roles such as an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Specialist and a Police Officer. Prior to leaving Virginia, she worked as a Product Quality Analyst for Allianz Partners, ensuring insurance policy compliance for Travel, Event, and Tuition.  She further pursued her education by completing the MBA program with Clemson University in 2022.

Victoria joined Fiduciary Alliance, LLC in March of 2019 as a Client Service Manager and is now the Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer. As part of Fiduciary Alliance, LLC, she brings the same dedication, passion, and commitment to excellence to Creative Retirement Solutions Group. Victoria supports the high standards of service and offerings as they have transitioned to the RIA sphere, ensuring that both client and operational needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.

Victoria is married to Dr. Amauri Latham, who works as a Hospitalist with Prisma Health - Upstate. Victoria’s community service work has included Rise Against Hunger, Richmond Food Bank, and Angel Tree – Salvation Army Central VA. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, ukulele, gardening, painting, going to the gym, and biking with her husband.
